Insomnia is when you face difficulty in sleeping. It can last from one night to several months causing lack of concentration in daily activities; feeling tired throughout the day and lack of interest in daily routine.

The major causes of insomnia are stress and anxiety, physical illness and pain and neurological disorders, depression etc. By practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis one can regulate the sleep patterns much better and feel conscious and controlled throughout the day. It can also be helpful in reducing the triggering symptoms of Insomnia.
